Plan the day on a card your phone can't interrupt.

The Flow Bundle is the Flow Timer, a walnut or birch tray and the cards that stand in it. Write today on one card and set it in front of your screen. Turn the dial to start, and when the focus block ends the timer moves you into your break by itself. There's nothing to open and nothing to pair.

What each piece of the bundle does.

The timer runs one block of work at a time. The cards decide what those blocks are for, and the tray keeps that plan standing where you'll see it.

A Task & Time card with the day's hours shaded on the time grid

The cards hold the plan.

Today goes on a Task & Time card, with a focus line at the top, your tasks under it and a time grid down the side. Colour in the meetings first and you can see how much of the day is left. A weekly card keeps the week in view, and a habit card gives each habit a month of boxes to tick.

"being able to see how much time I actually have to do work is very useful."

Planning cards standing in a walnut tray next to the Flow Timer

The tray keeps it in sight.

The cards stand upright in a walnut or birch tray between you and the screen, with a slot for your pen. When you look up from the work, today's plan is the first thing you see.

"Having my 3 cards in front of me in the card tray keeps my day highly visible."

Two hands setting the dial on the Flow Timer

The timer runs the block.

Turn the dial and press it to start. Use the 25 and 5 or 45 and 15 presets, or save your own times. In Flow Mode it switches to the break and back into focus on its own, so your phone can stay face down.

"I unconsciously opened instagram or tiktok and started scrolling, however now there is no need to pick up the phone"

How buyers run a day on one card.

Four routines verified buyers describe in their reviews, in the order a day goes.

  1. 1David J.'s filled-in Task & Time card, from his review

Write tomorrow's card the night before.

Put the one thing that has to happen on the focus line, then list the rest. In the morning you read the card and start.

"I fill these out each night, and organise my day the next morning."

David J., Task & Time Cards, verified buyer

  2. 2A highlighter shading the time grid on a card, with the Flow Timer behind it

Colour in the fixed hours first.

Block out meetings, pickups and lunch on the time grid with a highlighter. What's still white is the time you have, so you pick the tasks that fit it.

"Just blocking out the day with highlighters helps."

Maggie K., Task & Time Cards, verified buyer

  3. 3A finger pressing the dial on the Flow Timer

Turn the dial and start the first task.

The timer counts down the focus block and starts the break when it ends. Nothing needs resetting between rounds, and nothing on it can show you a message.

"The timer helps me work through my daily list without drifting into other tasks or emails."

Graeme W., Flow Timer, verified buyer

  4. 4A finished day card standing in the walnut tray with a pen

File the card when the day is done.

Carry anything unfinished onto tomorrow's card and put today's away. The next morning starts on a clean one.

"At the end of the day I transfer any notes where they need to go and file the card away."

Laura W., Productivity Starter Kit, verified buyer

Why writing the plan down helps: across six studies, making a specific plan for an unfinished task stopped it interfering with unrelated work. Masicampo and Baumeister, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, 2011.

Questions before you buy.

Why buy the bundle instead of the timer on its own?

The timer looks after one block of work. The cards decide what each block is for, and the tray keeps that plan standing where you can see it. With 15% off at checkout, the bundle costs $57.40 more than the timer on its own.

Does any of it need an app, an account or my phone?

No. The timer doesn't connect to anything. It charges on its magnetic dock or with the USB-C cable, and the cards are paper you write on.

Can I set my own focus and break times?

Yes. The timer comes with 25 and 5 and 45 and 15 as presets, and you can set and save your own. In Flow Mode it runs focus, then the break, then focus again until you stop it.

What happens when the cards run out?

The timer and the tray are a one-off. After that you only buy cards: Task & Time Cards are $24.99 for 30, and a year of Weeks & Habits Cards is $29.99 .

Is the time grid in 24-hour time?

Yes, the time grid on the Task & Time card uses 24-hour time.

Which colours can I choose?

The timer comes in Charcoal Grey, Midnight Black or Frost White, and the tray in walnut or birch.

What if it isn't for me?

If you're not satisfied with it for any reason, you have 100 days to return your order and request a refund.
