We aim process orders within 24-48 hours. Please note that it may take the shipping company a few days for the Tracking Number to go live. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping is available for orders over $50 AUD, €30, £25, $35 USD, $45 SGD.


We ship to the following countries: 

  • North America: United States, Canada
  • South America: Mexico, Brazil
  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
  • Asia: Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong
  • Europe: Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Argentina, Poland, Czechia, Iceland, Serbia, Denmark

To see the shipping cost for your country, please add it to the cart and proceed to check out. Your shipping amount will be available once you enter your country (you don’t have to complete the checkout).

2024 SHIPPING TIMES - HOLIDAY PERIODS

 

During the holiday season, in months such as November and December, due to an influx of volume we can not guarantee accurate shipping times. The cut off times for each region are as follows:

 

For Australian Orders:

  • via Australia Post Standard is 20th Dec 2024.
  • via Australia Post Express is 23th Dec 2024.

TYPICAL SHIPPING TIMES - NON HOLIDAY PERIODS

For Australian Orders shipped via Australia Post:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days. 

For US Orders fulfilled via MDS's International Warehouse:

  • Standard international Shipping: 9 - 14 days
  • Please note, extra time required when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

For United Kingdom Orders fulfilled via MDS's International Warehouse:

  • Standard International Shipping: 6-14 days

For EU Orders fulfilled via MDS's International Warehouse:

  • Standard International Shipping: 6-14 days

For all other countries, shipping typically takes between 10-14 days.
