FAQ
To clean the keycaps, simply remove them from your keyboard and gently wash them with mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to prevent damage.
To ensure the highest quality keycap set, we utilize a combination of 5-sided sublimation and single-sided sublimation techniques:
- Alphas: Single-sided sublimation is used for all alpha keys.
- Modifiers: Single-sided sublimation is used for all modifier keys.
- Esc, Enter, and Arrow Keys: 5-sided sublimation is employed for these keys to achieve optimal coverage and durability.
- Space Bar: The space bar undergoes a different process; it is not sublimated at all. Instead, it is injection molded with the desired color to prevent warping and color fading around the edges, ensuring long-lasting quality.
Our keycaps offer high compatibility, supporting a wide range of layouts including Full Size, TKL, 75%, 70%, 65%, and 60%. Additionally, they are compatible with various others like ANSI, Tsangan, HHKB, Mac, and 1800 layouts.
Currently, ISO layout is not supported. However, we are actively developing an ISO add-on kit to expand our compatibility. Stay tuned for updates on this development.
