THE METHOD

Here’s a simple 4-step method for using the Week Cards:

1/ Set Your Weekly Goals: At the beginning of the week, list your top priorities and tasks for the week ahead.

2/ Organize by Day: Break down your tasks and assign them to specific days, ensuring a balanced workload throughout the week.

3/ Track Progress: As the week progresses, check off completed tasks to stay on track and adjust if necessary.

4/ Review and Reflect: At the end of the week, review what’s done and reflect on any adjustments needed for the next week.

And here’s how we recommend you to use the habit tracker:

1/ Define Your Habits: List the key habits you want to build or track for the week, such as exercising, reading, or meditating.

2/ Set Daily Targets: Assign a daily target or action for each habit, like 30 minutes of exercise or reading one chapter.

3/ Track Progress: Each day, mark off the habits you complete to visually track your consistency and progress. It typically takes around one month of consistent effort to form a lasting habit.

4/ Review, Reflect, and Take Notes: At the end of the week, review your habit tracking to see patterns, celebrate successes, and adjust goals. Use the notes section to reflect on challenges or strategies that worked for improving your habits.
